I give my permission to the Town of Groton to use any photographs, motion pictures, video recordings, sound recordings and/or any other media record of said activities (“media records”) in which I and/or said child(ren) appear for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to future publication; closed circuit, broadcast and/or cablecast transmission; and/or the internet (including, but not limited to, social media sites). Final editing and use of the media record is at discretion of the Town. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the media record(s). I agree to release, hold harmless and waive any claim that might arise against the Town of Groton Parks and Recreation Department, the Town of Groton, and their officials, representatives, agents and employees as a result of and/or by reason of my permission and authorization.
